Description
FIREFLY® Apollo Horizontal 30:30 is a flexible fire barrier engineered for horizontal use beneath structures and across concealed spaces. It can connect to compatible vertical FIREFLY® barriers to continue the compartment line around complex building geometry.

- Provides up to 30 minutes of integrity and 30 minutes of insulation in tested horizontal applications
- Supplied in a 1.30m x 6m format with approximately 7.8m² coverage
- Suitable below mezzanine floors, balcony structures and within roof voids
- Flexible layered construction simplifies cutting and fitting around difficult details
- Tested to BS 476 Parts 20 and 22 and supported by third-party certification
Typical applications
Use where a horizontal fire-resisting line is required below a structure or to complete a protected zone formed with a compatible vertical barrier.
Installation note: Horizontal support spacing, perimeter connections, joints and penetrations must follow the current Apollo Horizontal system drawings.
