Nullifire FP302 Intustrap is a flexible graphite-impregnated closure strip supplied as a 25m roll. It is wrapped around approved combustible pipes, insulated services and conduits before being incorporated into a compatible wall, floor, batt or mortar seal.

Description
Nullifire FP302 Intustrap Continuous Intumescent Wrap – 25m remains flexible in normal conditions and expands when exposed to fire, helping close the space left by a melting or combustible service.
Key features
- 25m continuous roll for cutting to the required circumference
- Rubber-based flexible strip with graphite impregnation
- Unaffected by moisture and easy to inspect before closing the seal
- Suitable direct to approved substrates or within FB750 Intubatt and FR230 Intucompound
- Provides up to four hours of fire resistance in tested EN 1366-3 arrangements
Typical applications
Use around approved plastic pipes, insulated non-combustible pipes and filled or empty conduits where FP302 is specified.
Installation note: Wrap the service with the correct layers and orientation, secure the release-tape side as instructed, and complete the surrounding seal without gaps.
