Description
FAS Fire Door Intumescent Acrylic Sealant 310ml expands under fire exposure and forms a flexible perimeter seal that helps restrict flame, smoke and airborne sound through approved door-frame and joint details.

- 310ml cartridge for standard skeleton applicator guns
- Suitable for approved timber fire door and glazed-screen perimeter details
- Can achieve higher system ratings when combined with FAS Fire Door Foam or specified mineral wool
- Acoustic performance of up to 55dB Rw in relevant tests
- Approximately 12.5% movement capability for compatible joint applications
Typical applications
Use for narrow perimeter gaps without backing and for larger approved gaps over FAS foam or mineral-fibre backing.
Installation note: Apply to the specified depth on the correct face or faces, tool to a continuous finish and ensure packers, foam and wall type match the tested arrangement.
