Description
FIREFLY® FB180 Ablative Batt 60mm Wall System is a single-layer mineral-fibre solution for creating or upgrading non-load-bearing fire-resisting walls. The rigid 180kg/m³ batt is coated on both faces and can be friction fitted in approved timber, plasterboard and free-standing system configurations.

Typical applications
Use for vertical compartmentation walls, upgrades between plasterboard layers and selected timber-frame details where the FIREFLY® wall-system approval applies.
Installation note: Follow the current wall-system drawing for timber treatment, friction fit, joint sealing, edge coatings, fixings and penetrations.
