Description
Tenmat FF109 Low-Profile Vent Duct Fire Sleeve uses compressible FF109 intumescent material to react around a plastic duct and close the penetration before fire and smoke can pass through the softened service.

- Preformed low-profile sleeve in common rectangular duct sizes
- CE-marked penetration-seal family for PVC ventilation ducts
- Up to EI 120 fire resistance in relevant tested wall applications
- Suitable for approved plasterboard, masonry, concrete and coated-batt constructions
- Can be retrofitted and does not require metal sleeving or boxing out
Typical applications
Use on compatible uncapped ventilation duct systems passing through fire-resisting walls or selected ablative-coated batt seals.
Installation note: Friction fit at the specified depth, reseal any cut joint as directed and maintain the required separation from adjacent penetrations.
