Quelfire QuelCoil Continuous Intuwrap is a 25m cut-to-length intumescent wrap for approved plastic pipes and metallic pipes with combustible insulation. The 50mm-wide roll is designed for wall applications and compatible QuelStop Fire Batt seals.

Description
Quelfire QuelCoil Continuous Intuwrap – 25m Roll allows installers to cut the required circumference on site and build the specified number of layers around different approved service diameters.
Key features
- 25m continuous coil measuring approximately 50mm wide by 2mm thick
- Suitable for approved PVC, HDPE and PP pipes up to specified diameters
- Can be used around selected metallic pipes with combustible insulation
- No mechanical collar shell required in the tested wall detail
- Provides up to EI 120 fire resistance, subject to application
Typical applications
Use on both faces of compatible wall penetrations or within QuelStop Fire Batt where the relevant Quelfire drawing specifies QuelCoil.
Installation note: Cut, layer and position the wrap precisely for the pipe and insulation type. Secure it temporarily with the supplied tape before closing the penetration.
