FIREFLY® FCR Intumescent Fire Collar
The FIREFLY® FCR is a retrofit intumescent fire collar for combustible pipes passing through approved walls, floors, flexible barriers and FB180 batt systems. Its powder-coated steel shell contains high-expansion graphite that closes the pipe opening during fire exposure.

Description
FIREFLY® Fire Collar (FCR) is a retrofit penetration seal for combustible pipes passing through fire-rated constructions. A corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel shell holds flexible high-expansion graphite, which expands under fire exposure to close the opening left by a softened or burnt-away pipe.

Typical applications
Use around approved PVCu, PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE and other listed pipe systems through concrete, masonry, flexible partitions or FIREFLY® system constructions.
Installation note: Select the collar size, number of fixing points, substrate fixing and annular seal according to the tested pipe and construction detail.
